Description
Flat, fast, scenic two-mile loop, paved, park trail. Four on a team. Scoring will be by combined time of all 4 scoring team members. Each runner may run only one (2 mile) leg per team; but may run on more than 1 team. Awards are 3 deep in each of 8 team categories (Male & Female Open, Male & Female Masters, Mixed Open and Masters, 18 & Under, 1st Responders). Prizes will also be awarded for Best Team Costume and Best Team Name as well as the "Fastest First Mile" for a male & female runner. Runners must be the 1st leg of their team to qualify for the "Fastest First Mile" award.
- $50 is a per team fee (all 4 members) - Race Day Registration is $60
- Mixed teams must have a minimum of 2 female members
- Sign up all 4 team members now or team captain now and others later
- Passcode protect your team - create when registering
In addition, the event will benefit the Center for Food Action. The Center for Food Action (CFA), founded in 1976, is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization that provides emergency services to northern New Jersey’s poorest and most vulnerable residents. CFA provides food, housing, utility, and heating assistance and offers counseling and advocacy services to low-income individuals and families. CFA is headquartered in Englewood and has sites in Fairview, Hackensack, Mahwah, Ridgefield, Ringwood, and Saddle Brook. Over the past two years we have helped raise more than $2000 and collected an additional 2000 food items for donation to support the Center for Food Action.
